Meet The Team

Pauline graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting (Dean’s Honor List).  With a background of more than 30 years in financial accounting, management consulting, tax planning, and payroll; Pauline has worked with high-net-worth individuals in a wide range of industries.  In addition, Pauline has helped many clients obtain SBA loans. Pauline is proficient in all kinds of cloud accounting software like QuickBooks, Sage, Oracle, FRX, Epicor, Navision, Sage, and more.
Her passion is numbers and helping businesses and individuals with their financial goals. In her spare time, she loves to travel, spend time with her family, cooking, or watching movies.

Kim is a certified Quickbooks ProAdvisor. Kim has over 20 years of experience in operations, marketing, bookkeeping, and client relations. She has varied experience in small businesses and multinational corporations that provides her with a unique perspective on how to best meet individual needs. Kim works closely with key departments such as Administrative, Operations, and Marketing.

Kim is passionate about her role and excels in supporting clients’ bookkeeping and office administrative needs. In her spare time, she loves the beach, dog sitting, traveling, meditation, and netflix nights. 

Huong graduated from the California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Child and Adolescent Studies. She has worked with kids of all ages, from preschoolers to high schoolers, and in every setting imaginable. This includes public schools, private schools, and in-home sessions where she specializes in tutoring for Math, Language Arts, and Writing. Huong also has years of experience working in Special Education, specifically with students who are on IEPs. She is extremely passionate in this field of education and is dedicated to her work! On her free time, she enjoys taking her son to Disneyland, listening to music, and watching cooking videos.  

Kent provides consulting services on incorporation and corporate organization to start ups and early-stage companies.  Kent has over 25 years’ experience helping companies in Silicon Valley and Southern California to get started and navigate capital raises, mergers & acquisitions and joint venture partnerships. Kent is also a member of Stanford University Alumni Angels and Entrepreneurs and Sustain SoCal.

Kent has a passion in helping small business owners and individuals to manage and grow their financial well-being.

Michael Biela is an (EA) Enrolled Agent; IRS registered tax preparer in Laguna Hills, California. He specializes in IRS Back Taxes, California Tax Taxes, Bank Levy, Bookkeeping Services, or IRS Notice. If you are a taxpayer or a small business owner and looking for some assistance in tax filing preparation, then Michael can be of assistance to you. 

With over 15 years of varied industry experience, Lina approaches managing marketing businesses creatively and strategically. Lina graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelors Degree in Arabic Language and Literature. Lina is passionate about helping individuals and businesses grow.
